Elevated data ingest latency was no longer observed since about an hour ago on 2026 March 3 at 23:00 UTC. All systems are operational and ingest of new agent events have returned to normal.

The US-1 (Virginia) region is experiencing increased data ingest delays in processing agent events. You may have to wait longer than usual to see the most recent events from the agents on the FortiDLP UI in this region.

We have increased processing capacity in the region and data ingest performance is improving. We are monitoring the situation closely. No data has been lost, and we expect processing latency to return to normal shortly.
